The Icekaboodle website can be accessed on PCs and Macs from the following browsers:

Using the Trolley
The shopping trolley works like a real life shopping trolley. All you need to do is find the products/ services you would like and add them to the shopping trolley before you go to the checkout to pay. The shopping trolley will automatically calculate the sub-total of the products for you.

Safe online shopping
We now have the facility to pay online with credit card details. We have put in place Secure Socket layer, which is an encryption method which means unauthorised parties won’t be able to see any of your personal details that you give us.

Logging in
To make sure your shopping trip with us is safe and secure we ask you to log in when you need to pay for products or change any personal details.

What to do if you forget your password
If you click on the forgot password button it will ask you to type in your email address. This will then send you an email with instructions on what to do.

How to make sure Icekaboodle emails reach your inbox safely
To make sure you receive our newsletters and account information emails safely, please add kaboodle@icegroupuk.com to your address book and safe senders list. If your internet service provider does not recognise the email they will more than likely send it to your junk mail which means you may never see it.

Caches
Caches are used to store the data that you have been looking at, so next time you come to view it it will be quick and easy to access. This will speed up your journey through our website. If you have trouble viewing the page you might need to clear your cache and then re-load.

Java Script is implemented as part of a web browser and is used to make websites more dynamic and interactive, so you can have the best experience while shopping with us. We suggest that in order for you to receive the best experience from our website, you set your browser to enable Java Script.
