Cancellation and Returns

Orders can be cancelled any time up until the proof of your products has been signed for.
We trust you will be satisfied with the items which you purchase from Icekaboodle. In the unlikely event that you decide to not go ahead with the order, you can cancel up until the confirmation of order is signed.

Services
Services can be cancelled anytime up until the proof and contract have been signed.
We trust you will be satisfied with the items which you purchase from our online shop. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty or damaged we will happily replace them within 14 days of you receiving the products at no extra charge.

Training
After the contract has been signed, your booking has been confirmed. If you need to cancel your training course after this point, the following charges will be incurred:
•   Up to 6 weeks prior to course commencement date - Full refund
•   Up to 4 weeks prior to course commencement date – 25% of total cost
•   Up to 2 weeks prior to course commencement date – 50% of total cost
•   Up to 1 week prior to course commencement date – 75% of total cost
•   Inside of 48 hours – 100% of total cost

If you need to change the date, the following fees will be incurred:
•   Change to an alternative date 4 weeks prior to course commencement date - £50 adjustment fee.
•   Change to an alternative date within 4 weeks of course commencement date - £100 adjustment fee.
•   If travel and accommodation arrangements have been booked then additional charges may be incurred.
