How does the shopping trolley work?
The shopping trolley works like a real life shopping trolley. When you find the products/ services you would like, add them to the shopping trolley before you go to the checkout to pay. The shopping trolley will automatically calculate the sub-total of the products for you.

What happens if I forget my password?
If you click on the forgot password button it will ask you to type in your email address. This will then send you an email with instructions on what to do.
How can I pay for my order?
For any orders under £50 you will need to pay by credit card or send a cheque, and for orders over £50 you can pay online or we can send you an invoice for payment via BACS or cheque.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes! You can cancel or change an order before the proofs have been signed off. We would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible by giving us a call on 0845 519 3423. Check out the

How do I add to my order once I have submitted it?
If you would like to add more products or services to your order you can either call us up and we can do it over the phone or you can place another order over the website – please note that delivery charges may be subject to change.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
If your order is over £1000 then it will be free.
For orders up to £999 then there will be a charge. Find out more on our

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
You will receive them within 28 days although we aim to send your orders out as soon as we possibly can – if there is a delay we will get in touch to let you know. If you need your items by a certain date then please get in touch and let us know. We will always do our best to get them to you if you have a deadline.
What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver my goods?
Unless stated otherwise, they will leave a note to say they have been to deliver your goods and what will happen next.
Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes. When you go through the checkout there is an option to select an address which you would like your products to be delivered to. This can be changed at any time.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small lines of text that our website will send to your computer to customise your browsing experience with us. They are a bit like identity cards and let the website know when you have returned and information that belongs to you i.e. past orders. They can only obtain information you have given to the website.

No, we can source most items for you. If you see or think of an item which you like that is not on our website let us know via the

How will you personalise my selected products with my logo?
When you have decided on your product or service you will need to send us your artwork/logo, we will then send you over a proof of what it will look like before going to print. Alternatively if you haven’t got artwork, we can create it for you.
Why do you want my email address/ telephone number etc?
We ask for these details in case we need to contact you about your order. We can then also email you about the latest Icekaboodle items and offers. We will not pass your details onto any other companies.
How do I opt in/ out of receiving information from you?
When you register for Icekaboodle there is an option for you to opt in or out of emails. If you change your mind then all you have to do is go to
My Account and tick the box that asks if you would like to receive our newsletters.
