Descriptions
We try to make sure that all the items and their descriptions are as accurate as possible, please note that the sizes are approximate and the colours may vary slightly.  We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site.  However, due to a  number of different internet browsers and different monitor colours etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.

Availability
All our products are subject to availability.  If the items you have ordered are not available we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.

Orders
If your order value is below £50.00 (excluding VAT and delivery) you will have to pay via the online payment facility or call us on TELEPHONE NUMBER and we can process the payment for you.  Sorry but we cannot invoice you for orders under the value of £50.00. All orders are subject to our acceptance (see Refusal of Transaction clause below) and we will process orders in accordance with the conditions of delivery.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.  Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
• We can only supply the minimum units (or multiples), which are shown in the online shop.
• We have the right to make any changes in the specification of goods, which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory or regulatory requirements or, where the goods are to be supplied to your specification, which do not materially affect the quality or performance.

It is your responsibility to check the PDF visual proof we will send you.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by you as a result of errors in printed artwork where those errors were evident within the PDF proof approved by you and the artwork was printed in accordance with that approved PDF visual proof.

Once the PDF visual proof has been signed by you, the order will be printed and at that point there is no cancellation unless you agree in writing the following conditions:
That you will indemnify ICE in full against:

• all loss (including loss of profit)
• costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used)
• Damages, charges and expenses incurred by us as a result of the cancellation.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Deliveries
You can expect your delivery within 28 days.  If stock is unavailable within that time frame we will get in touch with you at the earliest opportunity.

Prices and Payment
The prices quoted are based on current conditions and are subject to adjustment without notice.  The goods or services will be invoiced at the prices ruling on the date of dispatch of the goods or contract confirmation of the services purchased.
The prices quoted are exclusive or VAT unless otherwise specifically stated in the contract.  Delivery charges must be paid in addition to the sum of the items ordered as shown on the online order form.  Payment can be made by any of the methods set out on the payment order form on the website.

Icekaboodle accept most major credit/debit cards
Mastercard / maestro / visa /solo are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.  If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns
We trust you will be satisfied with the items or service, which you have purchased from Icekaboodle.  In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty you may return them within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Distance selling right of cancellation

• Icekaboodle reserve the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:
• You fail to make payment to us when due
• You breach any of our terms and conditions
• When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity
• We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on Icekaboodle.

Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right at any time to withdraw any item from the online shop and to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.  We will not be liable to you or any third party for any refusal to enter into a transaction for any reason.  In order to be eligible to purchase items on our website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

• Provide your real name
• Provide your phone number
• Provide payment details
• Any other requested information
• You must be over 18 years of age
• Stipulate a delivery address
• Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to use
• Provide a purchase order

When you make an offer to buy an item on this website, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Governing law and jurisdiction
You agree that if you break these conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our directors, employees and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable).  You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.
These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Liability courts.

Confidentiality
We agree to keep all information confidential.  We will not use or disclose any information to any third party without your prior written permission.
We will not use, authorize or allow any other person to use any name, trademark, house mark, emblem, logo or symbol which you own or are licensed to use.

• We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and / or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
• We have taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible.  However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
• We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
• We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
